WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Here at TEEVOGUE, the vast majority of our products are made to order.
Clothing Orders from within the U.S. will normally arrive 2-7 days after purchasing - depending on location.
Clothing Orders from customers outside of the U.S. will normally arrive 7-20 days after purchasing**.
After your clothing order is placed your items will go into production - 1-3 days normally - at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. Once your order has shipped though, we will be sending you an email to let you know and then you can track your order using the TRACK ORDER feature on our website menu.
Jewelry and Art Products can take longer to produce and some of our products ship from artisan manufacturers in international locations. If this is the case the product description will list specific shipping/delivery time frame expectations.
Transit Times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
Transit times to International: 10 - 30 Business days
Average transit times are received in 3-4 weeks.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL THEY ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?
Some of our products actually ship from different warehouses so when you order multiple items at a time some of our items are shipped separately. We try our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items.
If you get one item before the others, RELAX and DON'T WORRY! We will keep you posted and be sending the others to you the soonest possible.
When your order is still undelivered, please rest assured as we have fully insured your packages so any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.
Non-clothing products - If your item is defective or damaged we will replace it. Please contact us with a photo of the defective/damaged item so we can process a replacement order for you.
Clothing: If your shirt is damaged or defective we will ship out a new one straight away. Please supply a picture of the defect.
Otherwise, we do not offer exchanges as all our products are made to order which means we need to physically manufacture a new item. But we can offer you a discount if you wish to order a new item.
